At Modern Lumber & Pipe LLC, we are committed to delivering your home decor items safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our delivery process and timelines.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and ship orders within 0-3 business days. Actual delivery times depend on your location within the continental United States:

• East Coast: 2-4 business days
• Midwest: 3-5 business days
• West Coast: 4-7 business days

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Orders $50 and above: FREE standard shipping
• Orders under $50: Flat rate of $5.99
• Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Shipping Restrictions

We DO NOT Ship To:

• International Addresses: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping to any country outside of the USA.
• Military Addresses: We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.
• Government Addresses: We do not ship to government facilities, federal buildings, or other government-operated addresses.
• P.O. Boxes: Some oversized items cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for large items.

Accepted Shipping Destinations:

• All 50 U.S. states (excluding restrictions above)
• Residential addresses
• Commercial/business addresses
• Apartment complexes with proper unit numbers

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping carrier's website. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your items arrive safely:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• FedEx

The carrier used for your order depends on package size, weight, and destination. We select the most efficient carrier for each shipment.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes after an order has shipped may incur additional fees.

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Modern Lumber & Pipe LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

Items Eligible for Return:

• Products that arrive damaged or defective
• Items that are significantly different from the product description
• Wrong items shipped (you received something different than ordered)
• Items with manufacturing defects
• Products with missing parts or components

Conditions for Return:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date
• Items must be in their original packaging when possible
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• Photos of the damage or issue must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Gift cards
• Items returned after the 7-day window

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@modernlumberandpipe.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
• Clear photos showing the damage or issue

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 business hours. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if available) and ship it to the address provided. For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.

Refund Details

Refund Timeline:

• Inspection Period: 2-3 business days after we receive the return
• Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after inspection approval
• Bank Processing: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Refund Amount Includes:

• Full purchase price of the item(s)
• Original shipping costs (for damaged/defective items only)
• Any applicable taxes paid

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

• Do not throw away the packaging — it may be needed for the carrier claim
• Take clear photographs of the damage from multiple angles
• Contact us immediately at support@modernlumberandpipe.store
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement again
• Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to post
• Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears
• If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
